Vientiane and Luang Prabang
We are very excited about several upcoming projects in beautiful Laos. Nature with its lush green jungles and the famous Mekong River make a vacation in the only landlocked country in southeast Asia unforgettable. Our projects are both located in the capital Vientiane and Luang Prabang which is very popular amongst tourists. As a management partner, Private Palace will develop existing hotels and set new standards. These will essentially focus on sustainability.

Marrakech
Marrakech, with its many mosques, palaces and medina, is certainly one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. Only about 30 minutes away from the center of Marrakech, a unique 5 Star Hotel & Resort is being built. It borders on the opulent, botanical garden of André Heller and will be the destination for a truly magical holiday.

The historical architecture of the former headquarters of the Hungarian State Post Office has inspired us to transform this building into one of the most exclusive addresses in the heart of the capital of Hungary. Strandhotel Lietzow
We expand our portfolio of unique hotels on the picturesque island of Rügen with this small but exclusive apart-beach hotel which is currently being built. It is located centrally, opposite the famous "Störtebeker Festival". With a view of the small and large Jasmund Bodden, the fine sandy beach invites its visitors to swim and sunbathe.
Villa Clara Sassnitz
You will never forget the sea view from your luxurious apartment, located high up on the cliff in the old Hanseatic town of Sassnitz. The longest pier in Europe and the beautiful city harbor can be reached within walking distance. The landmark of the island of Rügen, the Königstuhl, is close-by, too. The famous Baltic resort of Binz is located just across the bay and awaits with over 6 km of fine sandy beach.
